Sporte The Label wants you to have an amazing online shopping experience. We understand this includes having a fast and easy return policy.
To ensure you have a pleasurable shopping experience we have a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers & a 30 day returns policy for International customers.
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
Please note: we do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Sporte The Label.

Items are eligible to be returned for a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit, if:

  • The item is faulty or a dispatch error was made by Sporte The Label; and
  • The return is lodged within 14 days of receiving your parcel for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers; and
  • The item was purchased at full price, i.e. the item was not purchased:
    • From our sale collection
    • During a flash sale

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind so please choose carefully. However, you can choose a refund or replacement if a final sale item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it (please note that this does not include change of mind with regards to size, colour or fit);
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed;
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • Is unsafe.

Our team will inspect the garment and process either a Refund, Exchange or a Store Credit voucher.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return has been lodged outside of the allowed return timeframe; or
  • Item(s) appear to have been worn (i.e. the garments have marks or an odor) or no longer have a tag.
  • If you purchase an item which does not suit or fit we offer an exchange which includes a Store Credit Note and does not have an expiry date.


  1. Email customercare@sportethelabel.com to obtain a Returns Authority (RA#) number including Number, Item To Be Returned & Reason For Return.
  2. Upon receiving the RA#, complete our “RETURNS FORM” and simply send your goods back to the address shown below:


Items received by Sporte The Label without an RA# will be returned to the customer and Postage Costs in this situation will be at the expense of the customer.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable except in the case of fault or dispatch error by Sporte The Label.



Items may only be returned with a valid Returns Authority Number (RA#).
Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks etc.
If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage cost.
We do not accept returns on Sale Items, Swimwear, Towels, Yoga Mats or Accessories.
Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item/s.
Please also ensure you have completed the Returns Form dispatched with your Order. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return.
All returns are to be sent to our Head Office. Sporte The Label has no responsibility for items returned by you.



All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a Refund or Replacement at your election.

If you believe your garment has a fault, please email customercare@sportethelabel.com.au with a description of the garment and of the fault. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty garment we must be notified at Sporte The Label within 14 days of receipt.
