Do I have to pay for postage if I return my item?

Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Sporte The Label is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care staff using the contact details below.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

What payment methods do you accept?

Sporte The Label accepts Master Card, Visa and AMEX. All payments are processed through Afterpay or PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to process your payment.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do! These E-Gift Vouchers can be emailed straight away to you or the person you are giving it to. They last for 6 months from the day of purchase & there are four amounts to choose from.

What is a back-order?

A back-order is the term used when an item is not currently in stock, but will arrive in stock within a certain timeframe allowing you to still order the product, however there will be a delay with delivery.

What is the delivery time for national orders?

We ship national via Australia Post. For express orders, please allow two to three business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. For standard orders,  please allow three to five business days.

What is the delivery time for international orders?

We ship international via Australia Post. Shipping takes 5-15 business days depending on your location. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing. 

How can I check the status of my order?

Simply sign into your account and you can check the status of your order.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?

No. Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details. We are unable to combine orders.

Can I return a sale item?

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only. Please refer to our Returns Policy at our Customer Care page for further details. 

Can I purchase your items in store?

SPORTE THE LABEL is based online only. We’ve taken the hassle out of shopping til you drop so that you can shop from the comfort of your own home ! We deliver right to your door at the click of a button. Simple!

Can I place an item on lay-by/hold?

Sorry, we do not do lay-by’s or holds. Orders need to paid for in full at time of checkout and items cannot be held for customers.

How do I enter my discount code or credit note code?

To enter a discount or credit note code you have received, copy and paste the code into ‘COUPON/VOUCHER CODE’ box at checkout and press ‘APPLY’. Your discount will then be taken off your order total.
